Coaching is about evoking authentic transformation. I believe each of us carry the knowledge of what we truly want and value. However, we often lose sight of this as our lives get busy. The aim of coaching is for you to reconnect with this knowledge and to incorporate it into how you lead your daily life and plan for a more vibrant future.
While each coaching relationship is unique, it is underpinned by the proven efficacy of the co-active coaching process. In a nutshell our coaching relationship will be an anchor of compassionate support, a place of empowerment and accountability, all in the service of bringing positive change into your life.
During our first 90 minute discovery session, we will establish in which areas you would like to see transformation. This will be the foundation from which we will draw the material for our coaching sessions, as well as the benchmark for the positive changes in your life as a result of our work together. To allow for the insights garnered during our coaching to take root in your life, I take on clients for a 6 month period, during which we will have two 45 minute sessions a month. The sessions are structured to help you explore the issues you are facing in your daily life, whether it be career, relationships, finances or wanting more fulfillment. Since the goal of coaching is to achieve real change, you will leave each session with tools or actions to bring into your life between sessions. This is where the insights from our exploration get incorporated into your life to create lasting transformation.
I offer a free 30 minute sample session to establish whether coaching is for you and whether we would be a good fit. This is a great way to experience what an actual coaching session would be like before signing up.
